WELCOME TO CASA BAGUA!

We want your stay with us to be unforgettable. In order to serve you as you deserve, we inform you the following:

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.

Late cancellation less than 7 days of check-in or no-show, are subject to 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

Our public rates do not include taxes.

Foreigners who pay in dollars, euros or foreign credit card do not pay taxes. Chileans and foreigners residing in Chile must pay 19% tax.

When you arrive, the tourism authority requires us to ask you to complete the registration form with your information, signature and presenting your identification.

If you are a foreigner, you must present your passport and immigration card to the country.

All room reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card number.

We trust you and that's why we do not charge you in advance when you booked. However, so that you can enjoy peacefully and we can devote ourselves to assist you as you deserve, the payment of the rooms must be in advance as specified in the initial reservation.

The check-in time starts at 2:00 p.m., if you arrive earlier and your room is free, we will be happy to use it from before.

We will be sad to leave ... unfortunately the check-out time is until 11:00 hrs which will allow us to prepare the room accordingly for a new guest. However, as we want you to be always comfortable and feel at home, if you need to stay some additional hours do not hesitate to ask us. If we have the possibility to do it we will be delighted!

Breakfast will always be waiting for you in our dining room from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 h. In case you require breakfast earlier because of a tour or early morning, let us know the day before and we will be happy to prepare breakfast. If you fall asleep, we will be happy to give you a coffee and something to eat.

We know that you will take care of our hotel, however, the cost of any damage to the furniture of the rooms and / or bedding is at the expense of the passenger.

We ask you to take care of the key of the room, if you get lost, it will cost 10 USD that will allow us to replace it for the next guests.

For the safety of all we reserve the right of admission and we can not allow the entry of strangers to the Hotel and the rooms without first completing a registration form, previously consulting with Hotel administration. The entrance of an extra passenger to the room has an additional charge.

We take care of everyone's health, so our environments are smoke-free. Smoking is allowed only in the designated areas for this, and without disturbing another passenger.

We always want to help you, so we have additional services such as laundry, transfers, tour packages, transfers, restaurant, cafeteria ...

For your safety and those of your things, we remind you to keep the rooms closed and store all your valuables in the safe (double and single rooms) and lockers (shared rooms). We can not answer for the loss or loss of them.
